Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Foreman to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, NV. As the Shop Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of skilled professionals. Lead, mentor, and train shop staff to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Implement and enforce shop policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment. Collaborate with management to develop and execute operational strategies. Prepare reports on production metrics and team performance for management review. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus. Proven experience in a supervisory role within a shop or manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
