Interim Administrative Manager & Paralegal (Independent Contractor - Denver Metro)

Role Description This is a hybrid contract-based role for an Interim Administrative Manager & Paralegal. The role involves managing legal tasks, preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing documents, and providing organizational administrative support. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with relevant legal standards. Qualifications Knowledge of law and experience in legal document preparation Strong skills in research and document review Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Highly organized and able to manage administrative operations effectivelyProficiency in using technology to collaborate and track tasks in a remote environment Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus Previous experience in administrative or legal management roles is desirable Requirements You must be available to start immediately within one (1) business day of interview. You must have a legal entity to contract with (e.g. LLC) You must work on-site once a week.
