Real Estate Associate AttorneyAligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 100 firm in Dallas.This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in sophisticated commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing transactions for developers, investors, lenders, owners, and other sophisticated clients.Compensation$200,000 – $350,000+Ideal Background• 2–6 years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and real estate finance• Experience representing developers, investors, owners, lenders, borrowers, and institutional clients• Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, loan documents, and other real estate transaction documents• Experience handling title, survey, and other real estate due diligence• Experience coordinating complex real estate transactions from initial diligence through closing• Experience with joint ventures, real estate private equity, or portfolio transactions is a plus• Experience with commercial leasing, including office, retail, industrial, or other sophisticated leasing matters, is beneficial• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions in a fast-paced environment• Excellent client service and communication skills• Strong academic credentials• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admittedWhy This OpportunitySophisticated commercial real estate transactionsExposure to acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financeOpportunity to represent developers, investors, lenders, owners, and institutional clientsMeaningful transaction responsibility and direct client interactionExperience with significant real estate projects and investmentsCollaboration with complementary corporate, finance, tax, and litigation practicesExcellent platform for developing a sophisticated real estate practice and advancing your careerInterested?If you're a Dallas real estate associate with sophisticated transactional experience, I'd love to have a confidential conversation about this opportunity.Even if you're not actively looking, it never hurts to know what's out there.
