Account Supervisor

We are seeking a strategic, client-facing Account Supervisor to join a collaborative healthcare advertising team supporting a leading pharmaceutical brand. This role will focus on healthcare professional (HCP) marketing, requiring strong pharmaceutical agency experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead client relationships while driving projects forward. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, works effectively across cross-functional teams, and brings a strategic mindset to account management and campaign execution.

• Rate: $55-$60/hr.
• Location: Remote | EST

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact for HCP marketing initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, medical, and project management, to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Develop a strong understanding of client objectives, brand priorities, and HCP marketing needs.
• Proactively identify challenges, resolve issues, and recommend strategic solutions to keep projects moving forward.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure work meets client expectations.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring priorities and feedback are effectively translated into action.
• Contribute strategic thinking to account planning, campaign development, and ongoing client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships through proactive communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a healthcare advertising or pharmaceutical marketing agency is required.
• Demonstrated experience supporting HCP marketing initiatives within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven client-facing account management experience at the Senior Account Supervisor or comparable level.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day account priorities and execution.
• Experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams.
• Availability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours.
