MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

US Marine Corps

Duties

You will liaison with multiple colleges in New England, to coordinate engineering/recent graduate recruitment and onboarding execution with students/candidates.

You will develop and analyze metrics and reports that track the end-strength recruiting, interviewing and onboarding process of all hires entering the Engineering and Planning Department and attritions leaving the department.

You will act as a program manager for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Engineering Recruiting Program.

You will create and support the execution of comprehensive recruiting and staffing plans, advise hiring managers on end-strength allowances, and other aspects of personnel resource management.
