What you'll do: R&R is seeking an experienced Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This position will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise development and construction projects from start to finish
• Support projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring alignment with budgets, schedules, and development objectives
• Interpret and review project drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design documents and safety standards
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and support project execution
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory personnel
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and procurement of materials and equipment
• Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions on-site
• Prepare and present progress reports for stakeholders
• Support bidding and contractor selection, including scope alignment and cost review
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations

What it takes to join our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or related field (required)
• 3-10 years of experience in construction engineering or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
