The successful candidate will manage insurance fraud claims and RICO actions, playing a pivotal role in civil recovery actions. Duties Manage discovery in complex white-collar cases, including depositions. Oversee a complex fraud litigation caseload and execute strategies. Develop and deliver arguments in insurance fraud matters. Maintain proactive communication with clients, offering detailed analyses. Represent clients in all stages of litigation proceedings. Review and evaluate pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Membership in the California State Bar and in good standing. 4+ years of civil litigation experience. Experience in case strategy and advising on risk mitigation. Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills for client and team interaction. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
