Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy, blood products, donor leukocytes, and CAR-T product infusions per protocol in the outpatient infusion setting
- Monitor patient status during infusions, manage adverse reactions, and perform ongoing assessments per unit policy
- Provide patient education on treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and post-infusion care
- Collaborate with the Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy team, pharmacists, and coordinators to coordinate patient care
- Document care in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and policy standards
- Conduct pre-infusion assessments, support venous access management, and monitor relevant labs and vital signs

Requirements
- Active RN license in New York (NY)
- ONC (oncology) certification required
- BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
- Hematology/Oncology experience required (2+ years)
- Recent acute care experience required
- Telemetry experience
