We are seeking a Front / Back Office Specialist who takes pride in doing things the right way and wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced medical environment. Experience is not required we will train you. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.

We are a high-volume, growth-oriented interventional pain management clinic serving the Tampa community. Our team works hard, supports one another, and stays focused on delivering efficient, professional care to every patient who walks through our doors. Every role in our clinic matters especially this one.

What You'll Do

Front Office Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Verify insurance and demographic information
• Collect co-pays and process payments accurately
• Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures
• Confirm upcoming appointments
• Assist with daily balancing and end-of-day processes
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk area

Back Office Support (We Will Train You)

• Room patients efficiently
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Prepare exam rooms
• Support providers and clinical staff during busy clinic hours

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Computer proficiency and comfort using multiple systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and willingness to learn

Healthcare experience is not required. We provide structured training and support.
