ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1983 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before beginning my State Farm career, I worked in the paper industry. Outside of the office, family is a big part of my life - I'm the proud parent of three children and grandparent of eight.

Staying connected to our community is important to us. I'm an active member of both the local Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club and enjoy building relationships with the people and businesses we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Randy Weissenhofer - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
