Job Overview Domino's Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for part or full time positions. The role covers order intake, pizza assembly, inventory, and deliveries. Responsibilities Operate and maintain store equipment. Stock ingredients and manage inventory. Prepare products and complete inventory paperwork. Process telephone and in‑person orders. Process monetary exchange accurately. Respond to customer inquiries. Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen. Maintain a clean work environment and equipment daily. Perform delivery operations including pickup, navigation, and safe driving. Adhere to safety procedures when handling hot surfaces, sharp tools, and moving equipment. Execute daily operational tasks such as cleaning, restocking, and maintaining signage. Qualifications Age 16 or older. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery positions. Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and give correct change. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Motor coordination and ability to work at a fast pace. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, carry, push, and climb. Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+. Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods; walk short distances. Lifts up to 50 lbs and may carry items up to 30 lbs. Push and pull trays up to 7.5 lbs. Climb stairs and occasionally climb ladders. Reach above 72" when operating ovens and changing signage. Bend and kneel at the assembly station; stoop and squat occasionally.
