Tax Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Tax Supervisor to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead tax engagements for a diverse client base while working in a firm that values professionalism, collaboration, and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and review the preparation of individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
- Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact
- Deliver comprehensive tax planning and advisory services
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior staff
- Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- CPA license strongly preferred, support provided for attaining CPA license.
- BA in Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of tax experience in public accounting
- Strong technical proficiency and keen attention to detail
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
