Tax Supervisor

We are working with a well-established midsize public accounting firm that is looking to add a Tax Supervisor to their growing team in Honolulu. This is a hybrid position with a few days in the office in Honolulu, HI. Key Responsibilities Review complex federal and state income tax returns for individuals, businesses, partnerships, trusts, and estates Provide tax planning and consulting services to a wide range of local clients Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training and review feedback Research tax issues and stay up to date with changes in tax legislation Communicate with clients on tax-related matters and manage client relationships Collaborate with partners and managers to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met Requirements Minimum 4-6+ years of recent experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax CPA license or in progress Strong knowledge of tax compliance for various entities (individual, corporate, S-corp, partnership, trust, LLC) Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff is preferred Proficiency in tax and accounting software #J-18808-Ljbffr
