Production Specialist
PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer of fiber optic cables in the Swannanoa, NC area. We are now hiring Production Specialist who are team players, versatile, and dependable!
Production Specialist Job Summary
- $20/HR
- 1st shift 6:30AM-5:00PM Monday-Thursday
- Overtime as required
- Assembly & Production; Assembles mechanical, electrical and fiber optic connector components.
- Inspection and Quality Control; Inspects connectors, cables, and assemblies.
- Testing and measurement; Operate Cirrus and Signature PCB Test equipment.
- Process Support; Read and interpret Shop Packs, routers and pick lists.
Production Specialist Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED Required
- 2 Year Degree in electronics, mechanics, or industrial technology or 3-5 years equivalent experience.
- Soldering experience
- Set up and operation of test equipment
- Read and understand schematics and technical drawings
- Use precision measurement tools and devices such as Network Analyzer, and Time Domain Reflectometers
