Figure3 is currently seeking a General Accountant Salary range: 50,000-55,000 per annum pro-rated Duties We are currently seeking a General Accountant to join our team. This role reports directly to the Finance Director, supporting the Finance and Administration team with day-to-day accounting operations. Key Responsibilities Client Invoicing Create and maintain billing information in ERP systems and related tools Collect and organize project-related expense receipts Prepare monthly billing reports and perform billing and project reconciliations Issue invoices and statements of account to clients in accordance with monthly deadlines Accounts Payable Support Review, code, and process vendor invoices for payment Review employee expense reports and supporting documentation Maintain organized electronic filing of invoices and payments Assist with monthly corporate credit card reconciliations Payroll Process bi-weekly payroll, including monitoring timesheet completion in ERP Enter payroll data into Desjardins payroll system Process employee expense reimbursements Additional Support Maintain fixed asset continuity schedules and supporting documentation Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Perform other administrative and accounting duties as required Qualifications Post-secondary education in Accounting or Business Administration Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting) 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy under deadlines Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your CV to View email address on click.appcast.io.
