Senior DevOps Engineer

Salary: $140,000 - 170,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 8+ years of cloud infrastructure experience.
• We require 5+ years of software engineering or development experience.
• We require at least 2 years of Kubernetes and Docker experience.
• We need hands-on experience with containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
• We need experience designing and deploying solutions in AWS cloud environments.
• We need experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or similar platforms.
• We need experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.
• We need experience with distributed version control systems such as Git, GitHub, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.
• We need experience with relational database systems, including schema changes, migrations, replication, and disaster recovery, ideally with MySQL or similar.
• We need experience working in Linux environments, including Bash scripting.
• We strongly prefer experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
• We value familiarity with TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, TCPDump, Sngrep, and nslookup.
• We value awareness of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and CCCS.
• We value experience with SIP and RTP.
• We value experience with developer tooling such as Artifactory, Sonar, and Gradle.
• We value familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack.
• We value knowledge of secure coding practices, security frameworks, and tools such as OWASP, NIST, CIS, Prisma Cloud/Twistlock, and Mend/WhiteSource.

• We monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability.
• We help create and operate resilient disaster recovery and backup strategies.
• We manage developer tooling.
• We ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance frameworks.
• We may also develop and support full-stack Java-based applications.
