Job Title: Design Engineer Duration: 12 Contract months (Possible of Extension) Pay Rate: $30 -$34 an hour on W2 Job Description: Summary: The main function of a design engineer is to apply the principles of computer science and mathematical analysis to the design, development, testing, and evaluation of the software and systems that make computers work. A typical design engineer analyzes user needs, and then designs, tests, and develops software to meet those needs. Typical task breakdown: Work with team leader to design aftermarket enhancement kit. Validate the system reliability and functionality. Develop and execute component electrical and mechanical test plan. Education & Experience Required: BSME, BSEE or related engineering fields.
