Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions to assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and ensure safety and confidentiality.

• Utilize our cloud-based EHR system to maintain accurate and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Collaborate with clients to identify issues and establish effective strategies for symptom management, particularly in cases of mental health disorders, trauma, and dual diagnoses.

• Provide therapeutic interventions and support, maintaining ongoing communication with clients regarding their progress and adjusting treatment approaches as necessary.

• Engage in regular case consultations with colleagues to share insights and enhance treatment strategies.

• Maintain a flexible schedule that includes availability for evening and weekend sessions to accommodate client needs.
