Shift Leader

Overview Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels Breakfast with us, and dinner with your loved ones. We bake bagels fresh daily since 1995. We are committed to work-life balance for our team; stores close at 2pm, helping you attend important events and make the mornings enjoyable for our guests. We are looking for a Shift Leader! Our Shift Leaders help supervise and motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience, provide feedback and coaching, and set a positive morale and tone. They open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure food and beverage quality along with a safe, clean store environment. This role offers career growth opportunities, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders or Team Members. What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, empower decision-making, and coach team members as needed. They help maintain quality and safety, and sustain a positive guest experience.
