Responsibilities Execute Chick-fil-A operational procedures with a servant‑minded approach for our guests Demonstrate knowledge of brand promotions and products Execute opening and/or closing procedures for the restaurant Oversee and assist the team in daily operations Delegate tasks appropriately to support business needs Model clear communication and maintain a positive attitude Handle cash and execute cash management procedures Effectively lead and manage a team Coach, teach, and train Team Members on policies and procedures Foster a positive work environment for all team members Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Reliable transportation Ability to work quickly while remaining efficient and thorough Team‑oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic Treat others with honor, dignity, and respect Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects as needed Working at a Chick-fil-A® restaurant is more than a job – it’s an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people‑focused environment.
