responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operating and production workers.

• Implement targeted measures to motivate employees and improve overall production methods and equipment performance for Our Client.

• Develop, implement, and monitor production tracking and quality control systems to detect and resolve processing problems.

• Manage personnel records and lead staffing initiatives, including hiring, training, and evaluating Our Client's team members.

• Collaborate with administrative and technical staff to review operations and maintain strict quality standards.
