Client is a builder developer in the Atlanta market that operates as a general contractor specializing in the multifamily space.

Job Description

Lead and manage multifamily construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Monitor project performance and address any issues that arise promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes throughout all phases of the project.
Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management and clients.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

A solid understanding of multifamily construction processes and best practices.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
