Asset Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Asset Coordinator JOB LOCATION: Varies REPORTS TO: Office Manager FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt The Asset Coordinator is the core of auction operations. They document auction items to prepare for sale and work on-site after the sale to ensure both sellers and buyers have a positive experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of farm/heavy equipment is helpful

PRIMARY DUTIES

Organizing and tagging items for sale Taking photos and uploading to auction platform Creating accurate and detailed descriptions of items for sale Help customers locate their purchases Assist in loading and unloading of auction items during pick-up Act as cashier at off-site pick-up Be visible during an open house, providing service to customers as needed Must be proficient with extensive use of modern technology, including AI-assisted tools, in daily job functions All duties as assigned

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT
