CNC Router Operator
Rogers, MN
Pay: $20-$23/hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, plus overtime and occasional Saturdays

We are seeking a CNC Router Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC routing equipment, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring parts meet quality specifications.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC router machines
Review work instructions and prioritize assigned jobs
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
Inspect parts and verify dimensions against blueprints
Maintain quality and production standards
Communicate effectively with leadership and team members
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous CNC machining experience required
Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
Experience using fabrication tools such as drills, saws, grinders, calipers, and measuring devices
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 75 lbs. occasionally
Experience in a job-shop manufacturing environment preferred
Architectural metal fabrication experience is a plus
