THE702FIRM seeks an experienced attorney who excels in the courtroom and possesses the strategic mindset needed to maximize client recovery. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from initial consultation through trial, with minimal supervision.ResponsibilitiesHandle all aspects of personal injury cases including client intake, case evaluation, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trialDevelop and execute effective litigation strategies to maximize client recoveryTake and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expertsDraft and argue substantive motions, including motions for summary judgmentConduct thorough legal research and prepare persuasive legal memorandaNegotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel to secure favorable settlementsRepresent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedingsMentor junior attorneys and paralegalsContribute to business development efforts and firm marketing initiativesRequirementsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive Nevada Bar membership2+ years of personal injury litigation experienceStrong knowledge of Nevada civil procedure and personal injury lawExceptional deposition and trial skillsOutstanding written and verbal communication abilitiesDetail-oriented with superior analytical and organizational skillsClient-focused with excellent interpersonal abilitiesCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSWe offer a highly competitive compensation package that rewards excellence:Base salary commensurate with experiencePerformance -based bonuses structured on settlements and verdictsComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with generous employer matchingPaid time off and paid holidaysJob Type: Full-timePay: From $100,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceExperience:Personal injury law: 2 years (Required)Language:Spanish (Preferred)The702Firm conducts background checks upon hire.
