Compensation Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $17.25 USD per hour Responsibilities Perform regulatory and compliance functions including understanding federal, state, and local employment laws. Use Microsoft Office Suite, workforce management, scheduling software, and pay practices. Deliver an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by welcoming guests, greeting them within 10 ft and 4 ft, resolving issues, and concluding transactions with a sincere thank you. Support team members and leaders in training needs and continuous learning. Act as an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices. Assist with recruiting to help store leaders find and hire candidates. Work with HR leader to anticipate and address specific talent and staffing needs and ensure the right mix of experience and skills for in-store and digital shopping experiences. Collaborate with team members and leaders to take action as needed and maximize team member engagement. Maintain compliance with safety policies, report hazards, and operate safely. Perform other duties based on business needs. Guest Experience Commitments Greet at 10 ft: be friendly – smile, make eye contact, or wave. Greet at 4 ft: greet the guest, smile and initiate a warm, helpful interaction. Help guests find what they need and/or resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience. End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you. Qualifications and Skills Excellent communication skills on multiple frequency devices and the ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment. Work independently and as part of a team. Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot. Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes. Remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes. Ability to lift or move merchandise up to 10 pounds and, occasionally, up to 44 pounds, without assistance. Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties. Physically able to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.
