Board Certified Behavior Analyst

SUMMARY

Our toptier client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing clinical team. The ideal candidate has experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising ABA therapy programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other behavioral evaluations
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Design and oversee ABA therapy programs
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Prepare clinical reports, assessments, and documentation in accordance with BACB and insurance requirements
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA staff
• Provide consultation, training, and support to caregivers, educators, and treatment teams
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and clinical best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• State Behavior Specialist and/or BCBA licensure where applicable
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA
• Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Proficiency with assessment tools such as: VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK, Vineland, QABF, MAS, FAST
• Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain BCBA certification and CEU requirements

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Approximately 50% local travel based on caseload needs
• Travel occurs primarily between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform physical activities including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and lifting
