Our agency first opened in 1995, but my journey with State Farm goes back even further. I began as an agent in 1981, transitioned into management for a number of years, and then returned to agency ownership in 1995. Today, Im proud to lead a team of five who share the same commitment to integrity and community that has guided my career for decades.

Were deeply involved in our community and honored to have been named the best insurance agency in the area multiple times. Im active with the Chamber of Commerce, serve on the Board of Directors for BSCA, and proudly support causes such as Scamp for special needs children, March of Dimes, MS, Little League, St. Jude, and Tunnel to Towers.

As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Larry Lukovich - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
