What You'll Do as a Shift Leader:

• Lead and Inspire Motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain Pressto!'s high standards.
• Ensure Operational Excellence Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Engage with Guests Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
• Support Food Prep Assist with cooking and assembling our signature menu items to perfection.
• Maintain Organization Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate for Success Work closely with management and team members to meet operational goals.
• Grow the Team Train and mentor crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous leadership or restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Certifications: Food Handler's card and/or ServSafe certification required (or obtainable after hire).
