HVAC Technician

Location: Pearl City / On-the-Road (Oʻahu) Pay: up to $25/hour Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM A local HVAC service company is seeking a dependable HVAC Technician to support air conditioning service and repair work across Oʻahu. This is a solid, full-time opportunity for someone with basic HVAC experience who wants steady weekday hours and consistent work. Your Contribution & Impact Service and Repair Systems: Perform service, repairs, and basic maintenance on air conditioning systems, including window units, split systems, central AC, and water-cooled systems. Troubleshoot Issues: Identify common HVAC issues and complete repairs using hand tools and basic diagnostic techniques. On-the-Road Work: Travel to multiple job sites throughout the day to support service calls across the island. Work Independently or as a Team: Complete tasks independently or alongside a small team, depending on the job scope. Attributes for Success 1–3 years of HVAC experience Valid driver’s license EPA Universal Certification Preferred Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong work ethic and willingness to learn The Advantages for You Consistent Weekday Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
