*Description*
Really focus on customer service. Collaborative - working with the customer they are supporting and the business partner so lots of communication.
The ques that her team takes are incoming calls for ticket ques, password resets in active directory and some proprietary software for biller and family management in the centers. Provide support collaboratively with the procurement team for food and equipment (this is a little out of the technical component and more customer service. Process familiarity, Work from home experience is a BIG plus.
