Welding Technical Support

You’re the technical expert that customers and internal teams rely on when welding and automation challenges become complex. In this role, you'll help manufacturers improve productivity, quality, and consistency through advanced robotic welding solutions while partnering with engineering, operations, and customers to deliver practical, effective results.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide technical guidance and application support related to robotic welding systems
Work with customers to understand welding challenges and recommend effective solutions
Assist with solution development, technical documentation, and project proposals
Conduct virtual demos, training sessions, and technical presentations
Serve as the technical liaison between customers, engineering, sales, and operations
Troubleshoot welding applications and support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain expertise in robotic welding technologies, welding processes, and automation solutions
Participate in customer meetings, project discussions, and occasional industry events

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Hands-on welding experience is required; robotic welding experience is a plus
Experience with robotics and industrial automation is highly preferred
Strong troubleshooting/problem -solving skills with detailed documentation processing
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Comfortable supporting customer-facing technical discussions, training, and demos
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across engineering, sales, and operations teams
