Overview Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking an Entry-Level Human Resources Analyst for a temporary-to-permanent position. This role focuses on data and benefits. Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr Responsibilities Responsible for benefits research and implementation Initiating and managing background checks Drafting and delivering hiring offer letters to selected candidates Employee relations and vendor management Maintain employee attendance records and vacation time Maintain HR systems Manage HR’s vendor bills and ensure the accuracy Conduct employee documents filing and perform data validation Qualifications 0-1 years previous experience in Human Resources Internships are a plus Strong data skills is essential Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus Bachelor's Degree Degree in Human Resources or related is a plus Seniority level Entry level Employment type Contract Job function Human Resources Industries Banking #J-18808-Ljbffr Social Capital Resources
