Director of Patient Services (RN) – Immediate Full-Time Opportunity
Location: Bronx, NY
Salary: $150,000–$175,000 annually
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Patient Services (RN) to lead the clinical operations of a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing nursing operations, and driving clinical excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall clinical leadership and oversight of home care operations.
- Ensure compliance with New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regulations and agency policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor quality outcomes, clinical performance, and patient satisfaction.
- Lead regulatory survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operational leadership to support patient growth and service excellence.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Promote a patient-centered culture focused on safety, dignity, and exceptional care.
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience in LHCSA, CHHA, home care, or a comparable healthcare setting .
- Strong knowledge of NYSDOH regulations and home care compliance standards.
- Proven experience managing clinical teams, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
