Director of Patient Services (RN) – Immediate Full-Time Opportunity

Location: Bronx, NY
Salary: $150,000–$175,000 annually

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Director of Patient Services (RN) to lead the clinical operations of a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing nursing operations, and driving clinical excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall clinical leadership and oversight of home care operations.
• Ensure compliance with New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regulations and agency policies.
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor quality outcomes, clinical performance, and patient satisfaction.
• Lead regulatory survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational leadership to support patient growth and service excellence.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Promote a patient-centered culture focused on safety, dignity, and exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or management experience in LHCSA, CHHA, home care, or a comparable healthcare setting .
• Strong knowledge of NYSDOH regulations and home care compliance standards.
• Proven experience managing clinical teams, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
