Responsibilities Greet customers and visitors while directing them to the appropriate department Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Perform waiting room checks to ensure service customers are comfortable Schedule service appointments and conduct customer follow-up calls Process and distribute dealership paperwork to the appropriate personnel Scan completed service department documents Coordinate and process rental vehicle agreements Audit rental vehicle paperwork and inspect rental vehicles Fuel and park customer and rental vehicles Perform general clerical duties and assist with other administrative tasks as assigned Schedule Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits include: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Employee Discount Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess most of the following: Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Dependable team player with a positive attitude Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred for moving customer and rental vehicles) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Ontario Trillium Foundation
