Medical Assistant

Looking to gain clinical hours before medical school or another healthcare program? This is a great opportunity to work directly with physicians, gain hands-on patient experience, and develop medical scribing skills in a specialty clinic.

Responsibilities

• Support patients from check-in through check-out
• Room patients, collect vitals, and gather medical histories
• Scribe during patient visits and document provider notes
• Communicate patient updates to physicians
• Assist with orders, referrals, and follow-up care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (Biology, Pre-Med, Integrative Physiology, or related field preferred)
• Strong interest in a future healthcare career
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

• Medical Assistant or Medical Scribe experience
• Epic EMR experience
• Medical terminology knowledge
• Customer service or patient-facing experience

Location: Golden/Lakewood and Westminster.

• Candidates must be comfortable floating between clinic locations as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakewood, CO.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
