Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong network of technical professionals and consultants while managing the full recruitment lifecycle for contract, temporary, and project-based positions. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, builds lasting relationships, and partners closely with sales, leadership, and clients to deliver top talent. Key Responsibilities Source, recruit, screen, interview, and qualify technical candidates for contract and direct hire opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and consultants to support current assignments and future opportunities. Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and candidate engagement. Prepare candidate submissions, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding through assignment start. Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, including resumes, availability, rates, work history, and assignment details. Partner with the Business Development team during client intake calls to understand hiring needs, project requirements, and ideal candidate profiles. Stay informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring activity to support recruiting and business development efforts. Qualifications 3–5+ years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment. Proven success recruiting and placing contract, temporary, and project-based professionals. Experience recruiting within engineering, mission-critical, data centers, power generation, MEP, industrial construction, or related technical industries. Knowledge of technical roles including Engineers, Project Managers, Superintendents, Mechanical and Electrical professionals, Technicians, and other skilled field personnel. Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job boards, networking, and referrals. Excellent communication, organization, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with contractor onboarding, compliance, and employment documentation is preferred.
