The Role As a Senior Resourcer, you will work with a team of experienced Consultants delivering Sales & Marketing recruitment solutions into the technology sector. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking platforms to identify suitable candidates. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability for roles. Database Management: Maintain and update our recruitment database (CRM) with accurate candidate records. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers. Market Research: Research industries and roles to identify target candidates and recruitment trends. Social Media Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms. Relationship Building: Work closely with candidates and clients to establish strong, long‑lasting relationships. Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior consultants and account managers to achieve shared goals. Career Growth: Progress your career. What You Will Bring Prior experience (12–18+ months) gained in a similar candidate generation role A genuine interest in the technology sales sector. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to develop. Outstanding organisational and time‑management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Confidence using Microsoft Office and platforms like LinkedIn. The ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. A passion for working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. A collaborative spirit with a strong ethical approach to work.
