Role Overview This position involves evaluating and treating patients in an outpatient setting, developing individualized care plans, and monitoring clinical outcomes. The clinician collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining high documentation standards. Key Responsibilities Review patients' medical history and diagnose through observation and listening to concerns. Create and modify personalized treatment plans with clear goals. Utilize exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent injury. Track patient progress, adjusting plans as needed. Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to clinical standards. Qualifications & Skills Valid Physical Therapist Licensure in Rhode Island. Strong clinical assessment, manual therapy, and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and develop patient relationships.
