Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs of children and their families.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child’s unique requirements.

• Monitor and track outcomes as a collaborative member of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that families receive the support they need.
\n
• Provide education and guidance to families, equipping them with resources that promote their child's growth and development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations pertaining to child welfare and developmental support.
\n
• Build rapport with children and families to foster a supportive and productive learning environment.

• Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies to adapt interventions to match diverse learning styles.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. This role is critical in helping young children gain the skills necessary for physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication development during their formative years. You will closely collaborate with families, addressing their concerns and providing essential support to enhance their child's developmental trajectory.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure from the Department of Public Health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
\n
• A valid driver's license is required for any necessary travel for assessments or family meetings.
\n
• Proficiency in adapting to diverse learning styles to cater to the needs of each child’s treatment plan.

• A strong commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices that support child development.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in an early intervention setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
