Are you a strategic finance professional who enjoys turning data into business insights? Our client, a growing technology company in the software and SaaS space, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst or Finance Manager to join their team and play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

What You'll Do

• Develop, review, and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze financial performance and investigate variances against plan
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
• Track and report weekly KPIs and business performance metrics
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and management reports
• Conduct budgeting versus actual variance analyses
• Pull and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
• Partner with leadership to provide actionable financial insights

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience working in software, technology, SaaS, private equity-backed, or subscription-based business environments preferred
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial concepts to business leaders
• Must reside within approximately 35 miles of Murrieta, CA

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $90,000 - $110,000
