What Do You Need to Apply?

• Experience in staffing, dispatch, scheduling, or a coordinator/service desk role
• Comfort with asking clarifying questions to get the full story before handing something off
• Basic understanding of computer systems (Microsoft Office & Windows)
• Fast typing skills: 50 to 60 WPM
• A low level of technical experience is perfectly fine, we will help you grow from where you are!
• Experience working with AI tools is a plus, but absolutely not required

What Will I Do on a Daily Basis?

Triage

• Act as the first set of eyes on every incoming client request, by phone, email, or portal
• Gather the details the tech team needs up front: who is affected, what changed, when it started, and how many people are impacted
• Write a clear, plain-English summary of the issue so the technician can start working instead of starting over
• Classify each request by impact and urgency so the truly critical items rise to the top
• Recognize related or duplicate requests and connect them to work already in progress
• Flag anything that looks like a security concern, an outage, or a VIP issue for immediate escalation

Dispatch and Coordination

• Route client requests to the right technical resource based on skill set, workload, and availability
• Keep the schedule healthy by balancing new work against what the team already has committed
• Follow up to make sure client issues and deadlines have been met and nothing sits idle
• Set appropriate expectations with clients depending on urgency and impact, and keep them updated as things move
• Collaborate closely with an awesome tech team!
