We are looking for dedicated Heavy Lifting Warehouse Associate in Greenville SC 29615 with $17.51/hr pay for a 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity . In this role, you will play a vital part in the moving, arranging, lifting, and loading of storage boxes, bins, and totes. This is a 100% hands-on, physically demanding manual labor position. There are no forklifts or cherry pickers—you will rely entirely on physical strength, manual tools (pallet jacks, push carts, hand trucks), and RF scanners to meet daily production targets independently. – APPLY NOW!

Schedule : 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Environment: Secure warehouse storing files, books, and backup media (non-climate-controlled; temperatures fluctuate with the weather)

SUMMARY :

• Environment: Non-climate-controlled facility (temperatures vary by weather—please dress accordingly).
• Physical Requirements : Highly demanding manual labor role requiring repetitive heavy lifting of up to 100 lbs throughout your entire shift..
• Independent Pace: Must be self-driven, capable of learning new tasks quickly on the fly, and comfortable working autonomously and hit daily production targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle, move, and organize boxes and materials weighing 10 to 100 lbs unassisted.
• Navigate stairs, inclines, ladders, and various floor surfaces safely.
• Perform continuous physical movements including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to track inventory.
• Read and process labels, documentation, and load outbound pallets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Capable of continuous, heavy unassisted lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Self-starter who works efficiently alone and adapts quickly on the fly.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented.
• Mandatory Gear: ASTM F2413-11 compliant, slip-resistant protective footwear (rated Better or Best), any steel toed, composite or safety shoes.
