Contract & Forms Analyst

Responsibilities Act as a liaison between MBFS and third‑party vendor companies that produce billing statements, letters, invoices, and related documents. Analyze and troubleshoot issues with vendor prints, billing statement failures, e‑bill complaints, and failed customer mailings. Audit vendor activity, review vendor invoices, and load monthly billing statement campaigns into the vendor site. Test campaigns monthly to ensure proper operation. Support change activity and communications with DMS vendors for retail contracts, lease agreements, and enterprise documents that support MBFS business operations in North America. Coordinate vendor liaison and testing support for vendor‑related enhancements, changes, and fixes. Manage daily/monthly interface files and collaborate with ITM to implement required enhancements. Manage retail contracts, lease agreements, and related documents, including translation coordination, change request creation, and approval tracking across the North American region. Perform annual vendor audits and support compliance needs with Vendor Management, IT Security, OGC, and Procurement. Answer customer questions about vendor forms, provide field support (including evenings and weekends), conduct root‑cause analysis, and communicate results to customer‑facing teams. Reconcile vendor invoices with daily/monthly activity, review invoices, and charge appropriate cost centers. Submit purchase‑order requests for coverage, monitor USPS account, and submit payment requests to maintain the account balance. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Minimum 3–5 years of overall work experience in roles such as administration, business, customer service, information technology, marketing, records management, or vendor management. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred (majors: Accounting, Business Administration). Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills; proficient with Microsoft Office, corporate mainframe, and relational database tools. Experience with vendor audit, change management, and communication between vendors and internal business units. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer‑focus orientation.
