Human Resources Manager

Lead the company’s HR function with end-to-end ownership across multiple properties in Tucson, AZ. Responsibilities Own and manage core human resources operations for the organization. Handle employee relations and ensure HR compliance across locations. Support recruiting and coordinate onboarding activities. Administer benefits and related HR processes. Coordinate payroll and compensation activities. Drive performance management processes. Manage leave administration and related compliance requirements. Oversee HR administration and reporting . Provide dependable HR support to managers and employees across approximately 48 properties . Keep HR processes organized, timely, and compliant . Establish consistent HR practices across the organization. Help managers resolve employee issues before they become larger problems . Maintain accurate employee, payroll, benefit, and compliance records . Serve as a trusted, practical HR partner to company leadership. Identify opportunities to strengthen policies, procedures, and employee processes . Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a standalone or lead HR professional. Experience supporting multiple locations , departments, or property management operations (preferred). Strong knowledge of employment practices , HR administration , employee relations , and applicable employment laws. Experience with benefits administration , payroll coordination , leave administration , recruiting , and employee relations . Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail . Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Ability to work independently , prioritize competing demands, and use sound judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems .
