Fire Alarm Service & Project Coordinator – Brooklyn, NY

Join a respected organization in the fire alarm industry as a Service and Project Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage service and maintenance needs while assisting on projects. Fire Alarm & Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

Manage all emails, calls, and scheduling for all fire alarm and panel maintenance
Ensure all inquiries, issues, and requests are addressed and resolved.
Field experience is a Plus!
Maintain a calendar of maintenance/service requests
Assist with project coordination within the office when needed
Communicate effectively with the internal team, field technicians, and Manager

Fire Alarm & Service Coordinator Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in a fire alarm, customer service, or project coordination role
Must possess great communication and customer service skills
Must be punctual and presentable at all times.
Ability to communicate fire alarm requests, maintenance, and repair issues to field technicians
Must be organized and have the ability to multitask
