Associate Accountant

Role Overview The Finance Associate (P1) will support core financial operations within the Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) portfolio. This role is designed for early‑career professionals and provides exposure to rebate and fee administration, accounts receivable, cash application, reporting, and process documentation. The associate will work closely with Finance leaders and cross‑functional partners to support operational execution, controls, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Support reconciliation of GPO cash receipts and accounts receivable balances Assist with process documentation and operational support Perform data analysis and reporting to support financial reviews and leadership materials Prepare Excel analyses and PowerPoint presentations for recurring and ad hoc requests Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, data accuracy, and automation Collaborate effectively with Finance team members and cross‑functional stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications Strong Excel proficiency, including formulas, data analysis, and basic reporting Working knowledge of PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear and professional materials Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a structured environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative, positive approach Self‑motivated, organized, and eager to learn Compensation & Benefits We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package as part of our Total Rewards program. The pay range for this position is $24.23 - $40.39 annually. In addition to base pay, other compensation options such as an annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities may be offered.
