Senior Specialist, Project Management, Ancillary Supply Systems

Responsibilities Lead and support ASM business systems, integrations, and related technologies. Serve as ASM subject matter expert for system functionality, configurations, integrations, master data, and business requirements. Identify and drive resolution of system, process, and data issues; proactively support systems and optimize processes. Partner with IT and system owners on enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement. Develop business requirements, test strategies/scripts, and perform UAT. Lead data quality, governance, integrity, and compliance initiatives. Create/maintain tools, reports, dashboards, metrics, and departmental KPIs. Manage ASM master data and data governance activities. Maintain and improve system/process documentation, training, and SOPs. Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and standardization. Support strategic planning, cross-functional ASM projects, analytics-driven optimization, and compliance/audit readiness. Provide guidance/training and systems support to stakeholders; act as point of contact for ASM systems strategy and digital transformation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferred: IT, Business Systems, Supply Chain, or related). 3+ years supporting IT/business systems, clinical trial operations, supply chain operations, or project management. Experience with complex business systems, data management, integrations, and process improvement. Strong understanding of clinical trial, supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, and operational planning. Ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders in a matrix. Translate business needs into functional requirements/system solutions. Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and communication. Preferred Qualifications Experience with clinical trial systems; ERP (e.g., SAP); planning/reporting tools/integrations. Master data governance, digital transformation, automation; SDLC/testing and change management. Leadership in process improvement and advanced reporting/analytics.
