Location: Folsom, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $21.50 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role is responsible for greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, supporting office operations, and providing administrative assistance to various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Support administrative projects and office operations as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, guests, and staff

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required
