Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care
Oversee medication administration and accurate documentation
Manage resident schedules and individualized care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and excellence

Qualifications:

Previous Unit Manager or nursing leadership experience preferred
LTC/SNF experience required
